Returns & Refunds

Every Anonymouse tee is printed to order. If something isn’t right, email sales@anonymouse.shop with your order number and we’ll sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. We cover the cost of sending it back.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and get a full refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery to start a return, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Return postage is paid by you.
• We refund the item price, plus the original standard delivery charge if you return your whole order, to your original payment method.

Not returnable

Custom-design orders printed from your own artwork can’t be returned for a change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged, faulty or wrong.

Exchanges and cancellations

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you want.

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once printing has started we can’t stop it, but you can still return it after delivery under the 14-day policy above.

How long refunds take

We check returns within 2 business days of them arriving with us and email you when your refund is on its way. Refunds reach your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
